Group courses - evenings
We run in person group courses over 4 evenings, covering 8 hours of teaching. You’ll be part of a group of people who are all having babies around a similar time so you can build relationship with them while learning from me about your pregnancy, labour and the post natal period. I run both courses covering all birth scenarios for those planning vaginal deliveries and abdominal group courses for those planning elective c-section delivery.

Private courses
These are 7.5 hours of teaching run in the comfort of your own home. It covers much of the same content as the group courses but will be personalised to your own specific needs and circumstances. Its a chance to really invest in this season of your life in a way that is relevant to you. These can be all birth courses or abdominal birth courses as above.
Investment: £425 per couple
Zoom courses
I run both group and private courses on Zoom, covering all of the same content for people not based in Leeds or the surrounding areas
